Jindalee Lithium Limited recently had the pleasure of hosting technical experts from Oregon State University at the company's McDermitt Lithium Project.

The site visit was to assist the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) - led by the US Department of Energy's (DoE) Critical Minerals Innovation (CMI) Hub - which is designed to identify novel extraction methods for the processing of Li bearing ore in the McDermitt Caldera.

The research team is focused on innovative metallurgical extraction methods designed to improve cost and sustainability outcomes at McDermitt by potentially reducing water, acid consumption and tailings associated with processing.
