Jindalee Signs BCA to List McDermitt on NASDAQ

Jindalee Lithium Limited is excited to announce a major transaction with Constellation Acquisition Corp I, a SPAC sponsored by Antarctica Capital, LLC. Our US operating subsidiary, HiTech Minerals, Inc., will merge with Constellation to form US Elemental Inc., a NASDAQ listed company that will hold our McDermitt Lithium Project in Oregon.

Upon completion, Jindalee will retain a majority interest of 80% or more in US Elemental, with an estimated enterprise value of US$571 million. This Transaction represents a significant opportunity for our company and shareholders, positioning us as a key player in the lithium market.
