In our recent announcement dated May 15, 2026, Jindalee Lithium Limited has applied for the quotation of 18,347,804 fully paid ordinary securities on the ASX. This is part of a previously announced transaction in Appendix 3B, with no further securities to be issued to complete the transaction. The issue price per security is AUD 0.46.
